He has worked here for 7 years and lives on the property with his wife and 2 children. He is very capable in his job of Ranch Foreman, and handles almost every maintenance problem that comes up.  He is Norm's right hand man and also has a huge role in the Breeding shed.  He is the Stallion Handler, and the Breeding Managers right hand man.  Noe also halter breaks and fits yearlings for the Fall Sales. 

Noe is so important to us, and seems to be the man behind the scenes on every project.  He is dedicated and loyal and we appreciate his contribution to McQuay Stables.
