Hi,
My name is Lindsay Serfazo, and I am
from Montana. I never got the honor to see Hollywood Dun It
in person or anything. But, I was so sad to here that he
passed away. He was always the horse that I based my dreams
on about my own horses. He was a great horse, and carried
such great genetics. I hope I can come across a horse
someday, that is half as great as Hollywood Dun It was.
Again, I am sorry to here of your loss.

I remember when I
opened Horse Illustrated, I saw a part about Hollywood. I was
really sad when I read it. I knew he was in a better place now.
In honor of him I made this for everyone;

Dear Tim and Colleen,
Back in 2000 when I started to get into the horse business, I
searched long and hard for my dream sire, the one that I would
wanted to have my reference sire out of. When I came across
Hollywood Dun It, everything pointed to him being the one. I was
very fortunate to find a weanling colt that year in
Kansas out of Hollywood Dun It. My stallions name is "Playboys Up N
Dun It", and he has a lot of great charm and attitude that his
father did. He was also raised by Cliff and Gwendy.
At the state fair this year, my wife Jaime and little girl JayCee
where standing by Playboys stall admiring him. As Playboy dropped
his down to let my little girl pet him, another person they did not
know became alarmed and said "you do know that is a stud". My wife
went on to tell him, that she
knew and the studs name is Playboy, etc....
We are just so fortunate to have a stallion out of the great
Hollywood Dun It. There truly is a difference. Thanks so much for
the hard work you put into riding and promoting Hollywood Dun It; it
has allowed many others like us to discover him and to share in his
history.
Here are some photos I would like to share with you. And yes,
Hollywood Dun It does help make dreams come true.
Thanks,
Jon, Jaime, JayCee, and Riley Richter

Hello, I am
terrible sorry for your great loss of such a phenomenal horse &
partner. Although I never met him I had hoped to. He was such a
truely gorgeous guy. The World was very fortunate to have such a
presence in it as he was. His legacy will continue on in his
tremendous foals. I have always hoped to someday have a son or
daughter of Hollywood Dun It. I will keep hoping and saving for
that. Thank you for such a horse, sire and athlete, such a main
contribution to the horse industry. He will live on forever
through his get and grandget as well as the memories in your

McQuay Family,
How sorry our family was to
hear of the passing of Hollywood……..truly a legend in our
time. His beauty and gentle nature are a gift that he has
passed down. We are so fortunate to have a grandson of
Hollywood in our barn right now. His name is Shiners Dun It
Gold..(Nugget). He is out of Dun It On the Train. At 7
months he is nothing but pure pleasure to be around and I
know that is a gift from Hollywood. Thank you for you
sharing this wonderful horse.
